TERMOS DE SERVIÇO
Ao contratar meus serviços você concorda automaticamente com as condições listadas abaixo. Leia tudo com atenção e pergunte em caso de dúvida antes de finalizar a compra.
EM GERAL
Você está encomendando o serviço de arte. Eu possuo a obra de arte e posso publicá-la onde desejar, embora ainda creditando você adequadamente, a menos que seja solicitado com antecedência.
Ao entrar em contato sobre a proposta, espera-se que o cliente já tenha lido meus Termos de Serviço e entendido meus preços.
O cliente será solicitado a fornecer referências e descrição detalhada do projeto.
Você pode solicitar atualizações frequentes sobre a comissão assim que eu começar a trabalhar nela.
COMO CLIENTE
A arte é para uso pessoal. Você tem permissão para: usar a arte para fins pessoais, publicá-la nas redes sociais com os devidos créditos para mim, imprimi-la apenas para uso pessoal.
modificar meu trabalho, alegar que ele é seu, lucrar da minha arte vendendo ela a não ser que comprado com uso comercial.
PAGAMENTO
O pagamento é feito por PIX.
Exijo que 100% do pagamento seja feito antes de iniciar a arte. Você só será colocado na lista de "a fazer" depois que o pagamento completo for confirmado.
IMPORTANTE
Reservo-me o direito de recusar qualquer comissão ou cliente por qualquer motivo. Não preciso explicar o motivo, mas avisarei! Reembolsarei o valor total pago se eu não desejar/não puder mais trabalhar em sua comissão por qualquer motivo.
REVISÕES/ALTERAÇÕES
Grandes alterações só serão aceitas durante a fase de esboço.
Após a fase de esboço, apenas pequenas revisões podem ser feitas, como ajustes de cores, pequenos detalhes ou filtros/recortes.
REGRAS DE REEMBOLSO
Só aceitarei solicitações de reembolso após o período de 1 semana após a conclusão do pagamento original.
Só reembolsarei 100% do valor se ainda não tiver começado a trabalhar na comissão.
Assim que eu começar a trabalhar no esboço, apenas 50% do valor poderá ser reembolsado e você receberá o esboço completo.
As comissões após a fase de esboço não são reembolsáveis, você só pode cancelar a comissão e receberá o esboço completo.
VELOCIDADE E PRAZOS DE TRABALHO
A velocidade das comissões pode variar de acordo com o tipo de comissão e a quantidade de detalhes nela incluídos, bem como os adicionais e alterações solicitados pelo cliente.
Isso só conta a partir de quando já comecei a trabalhar na peça, e não quando estou na fila de tarefas.
Você, como cliente, pode solicitar uma comissão de prazo/urgência, mas o prazo deve ser discutido antes do pagamento e razoável.

GENERAL
You are commissioning the art service. I own the artwork and may post it wherever I wish though still crediting you properly unless asked not to beforehand.
When contacting about the proposal, the client is expected to have already gone through my Terms of Service and understand my prices.
The client will be asked to give references and detailed description of the project.
You may request for frequent updates on the commission once I start working on it.
AS A COMMISSIONER
The artwork is for personal use. You are allowed to: use the artwork for personal purposes, post it on social media with proper credit to me, print it for personal use only.
You are not allowed to: modify my artwork, claim it as yours, profit off my art by selling and producing products with the art on it unless bought with commercial use.
PAYMENT
Payments will be made through Paypal and in USD.
I require 100% of the payment to be made before starting the artwork.
I will initiate the transaction to avoid issues. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission!
You will only be added to my to-do line once the full payment is confirmed.
IMPORTANT
I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. I do not have to provide a reason why, but I will give notice! I will refund you the total amount paid if I no longer wish/am unable to work on your commission for any reason.
REVISIONS/CHANGES
Major changes will only be accepted during the sketch phase.
Past the sketching phase only small revisions can be made such as color adjustments, small details or filters/cropping.
REFUND RULES
I will only accept refund requests after the period of 1 week post the original payment was complete.
I will only refund 100% of the value if I haven't started working on the commission yet.
Once I start working on the sketch, only 50% of the value can be refunded and you will get the complete sketch.
Commissions past the sketching phase are not refundable, you may only cancel the commission and you will get the complete sketch.
WORK SPEED AND DEADLINES
The speed of commissions may vary according to the commission type and the ammount of details included on it, as well as the additionals and changes requested by the client.
This only counts from when I have already started to work on the piece, not when on the to-do line.
You as the client you may request for a deadline/urgency commission but the deadline must be discussed prior to payment and resonable.
